Hi @Seller_UcdhATAeylddu,

According to the "Switch to a Professional selling plan" help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201747610), here's what happens:

  1. After you request the upgrade, Amazon will send you an email within 72 hours specifying exactly which documents they need in your case
  2. Once you submit those documents, the review process takes up to 3 business days
  3. Important: Your existing listings will be suspended during the review process

Given that your listings will be suspended during the review, you might want to plan the timing of your upgrade carefully to minimize disruption to your business.

Rather than getting an LLC preemptively, I'd suggest waiting for Amazon's email to see what documentation they actually require in your specific case. This way you can make an informed decision about whether you need to form an LLC or if other documentation will suffice.

Kind regards, Michael

You will be asked for a business license or ID information. You will also need to provide a piped utility bill. You also will need a valid credit card, not a debit card for your charge method. They may not ask, but you will o provide invoices for the books you are selling, not receipts.
