Please Help with deactivated suspended account - Section 3 inauthentic
Hello,
Amazon deactivated my account on October 9th because of section 3 selling "unauthentic products". They specified one specific ASIN.
Prior to October 9th, I saw the inauthentic claim in the Account Health Dashboard. I have been uploading the requested documents from Amazon since September 27th. Amazon keeps rejecting my appeals to remove the inauthentic claim, now they have suspended my account.
The product in question is purchased from a well know distributor, who I have an authorized account with and also authorized to sell on Amazon.com. I have uploaded the following documents:
1. Original invoice
2. Letter of authorization from the distributor
3. Bank statements showing the exact date and charge
4. Tracking numbers from the freight company with proof of delivery
5. Screen shots from the wholesale portal on the distributors website of the product sales page. Amazon asked for this because they could not reference the sales page on the distributors website without having log in credentials.
My entire business is shutdown. I have payroll, warehouse lease, inventory loans to pay... someone please help! This is why we only purchase products from authorized distributors, never thought it would be this difficult considering all the documents we have provided.
Can someone from Amazon's support team please escalate this so our account can be re-instated! I do not have a case # as all inquiries have been through the Account Health Dashboard.
In desperate need,
Will

Is the ASIN that of a brand? If so, you would need a LOA or authorization from the brand to sell it as a 3rd party on Amazon. A distributor does not have that authority

Have you looked at Amazons sourcing guidelines?
Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements
Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
These documents:
Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the xoriginal manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
Policy violations
If you do not provide the required information by the applicable deadline, we may:
Remove the relevant product listings
Suspend your ability to add new products, listing privileges, or both
Withhold any payments due to you
We reserve the right to take any further necessary actions at our sole discretion.

Hello @Seller_4YPt674lqQe7z,
After reading your message, I understand that you are sending the documents necessary to resolve an authenticity violation. I would like to request two things:
1- Please check if the Letter of Authorization contains the following information:
Identification of Parties:
The full name and contact details of the seller (the party granting the authorization)
The full name and contact details of the authorized individual or company
Scope of Authorization:
Clearly define the specific tasks or activities the authorized party is allowed to perform on behalf of the seller, such as:
- Communicating with buyers
- Negotiating sales terms
- Signing contracts
- Handling shipping and logistics
- Collecting payments
Duration of Authorization:
Specify the start and end dates of the authorization period, or indicate if the authorization is open-ended.
Limitations and Restrictions (if any):
Outline any limits or restrictions on the authorized party's actions, such as maximum order values, specific product categories, or geographical areas.
Signatures:
The Letter of Authorization should be signed and dated by both the seller and the authorized party to ensure it is legally binding.
2- Could you please provide the case number with the seller support regarding this issue?
Thank you for your attention, and I am available for any other questions you may have.
Best regards,
-Roxy
