Ongoing Contribution Ownership Issue - AU Product Page Incorrectly Linked to US Seller ID
Hello,
I am the brand owner and sole seller of my brand and ASINs across all marketplaces. I am experiencing a persistent issue that Seller Support has been unable to resolve despite multiple cases being opened.
The issue:
My AU product page is showing my US Seller ID as the winning contributor.
When logged into AU Seller Central (using my AU Seller ID), I am unable to update listing details because I receive the following error:
“The winning contributor is [US Seller ID]. Please use the account associated with this contributor to make changes.”
I cannot edit AU product details using my US account — only AU Seller Central allows me to submit content changes for the AU marketplace.
Actions I have already taken:
- Opened multiple cases with both AU and US Seller Support.
- Submitted flat files to delete all SKUs tied to the US Seller ID for this ASIN more than 24 hours ago — the US Seller ID no longer has any active contributions on this ASIN.
- Downgraded my US Seller ID role from Brand Owner to Reseller to remove brand authority.
- Confirmed there are no active offers or contributions from my US account on these ASINs.
Despite all of this, the system is still holding the US Seller ID as the winning contributor for the AU product page, which blocks me from managing my own brand content on my AU account.
At this point, Seller Support has not provided a viable solution, and the issue appears to be a system-level contribution ownership conflict that requires technical intervention to reset contribution authority correctly.
Request:
Can a Catalog or Brand Registry escalation team please review this issue and assist in releasing the incorrect winning contributor association?
Case ID: 3054304763 has thorough instructions and reasons why this is the case, but following the instructions did not work.
Thank you for your assistance.
