Unfair Negative Review
Hey
I recently got a 1 star product review from a buyer who has stated the reason that my product does't bend as he thought it would bend as advertised... First of all my product title clearly mentions it is Non Bendable and i have never mentioned or advertised my product to be bendable.
What is the solution of this issue as i think it is an unfair negative review by the customer due to his lack of understanding. He should have read the product title. Why should i be penalized for a buyers ignorance through negative review which badly affects my performance.

"He should have read the product title. "
You have WAY too high of expectations for Amazon buyers. Very few read anything at all and if anything is in bullet points it will be ignored entirely.
It's been going on for years and a search of the Forum would find dozens if not hundreds of sellers with the same issue.
Unless you just migrated to the new NOT improved Forum, you appear to be new. This is just the first of many unpleasant surprises that await you here.
Buckle up and wear protective gear -- it's a rough ride on Amazon.

Hello @Seller_fbmJij1Z8ysIc,
I regret to read about this experience and one star review. As a general rule, Amazon doesn’t remove customer reviews, unless they violate Community Guidelines. The following are examples of prohibited activities, although, this is not an all-inclusive list.
- A seller posts a review of their own product or their competitor's product either in their own name or as an unbiased buyer.
- A seller offers a third party a financial reward, discount, or other compensation in exchange for a review on their product or their competitor’s product. This includes services that sell customer reviews and websites or social media groups with implicit or explicit agreements or expectations that an incentive is contingent on customers leaving a review.
- A seller offers to provide a refund or reimbursement after the buyer writes a review (including reimbursement via a non-Amazon payment method).
- A family member or employee of the seller posts a review of the seller's product or a competitor's product.
In the future, if you see a review that does violate our Community Guidelines, you can and should report it via the following steps.
- From the product detail page, find the review in question.
- Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
- You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).
Hopefully, this one star review is few and far between. However, if you notice a pattern of confusion, it may be helpful to consider updating information within the detail pages to triple check to ensure description clarifies this area.
