Amazon Refusing to Remove Product Review as Seller Feedback – Violating Policy
Hello Sellers and Amazon Representatives,
I’m facing an issue where Amazon refuses to remove negative feedback that clearly violates their own feedback policies. The feedback I received is entirely a product review (complaining about product quality, not my service as a seller), but Amazon has declined my removal request.
According to Amazon’s policy, feedback that reviews the product itself should be removed or classified as a product review, not seller feedback. Despite this, Amazon has insisted that the feedback doesn’t meet their criteria for removal.
I’ve followed all the steps, opened cases, and provided clear reasoning, but I’m stuck. The feedback is harmful to my seller performance, and it’s frustrating to see Amazon not following their guidelines.
Has anyone else experienced this problem where Amazon refused to remove a product review as seller feedback? How did you handle it?
Also, if any Amazon reps are reviewing this, can you please escalate this issue or clarify why Amazon is not following its removal policy in this case?
