Brand Registry "Answered" Case?
Hello Amazon
I am trying to register my brand, I do all the steps, it remains "Pending" for review by Amazon and after 2-3 days in the case log the case appears as answered but without an answer. It also says "Your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue, please please contact us."
Can you please help with this?

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.
