I RECEIVED A ORDER 112-8272079-0066616 AND AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER CUSTOMER APPLY THE RETURN AND I RECEIVED THE EMPTY BOX FROM THE CUSTOMER BUT BEFORE CONTECT THE AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE ... AMAZON ALREADY ISSUE A REFUND TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT CONFIRMING ANY THING. HOW CAN I CLAIM THIS ISSUE.
