Easyship not picking up

I'm a new starter on amazon and it's my first time using amazon easy ship. I booked for Monday 9am-5pm 13/05 but no one picked up or called. Does anyone else have the similar issue? how long does it normally takes for them to pick up the order? I'm based in Sydney metro area. Thanks

happens all the time... I stopped using Easy Ship because of this issue even though Amazon protects you from bad feedback.
You have to contact seller upport to rebook the pickup
