Personalized Product

I have a product that must be personalized. However, each personalization must be unique, i.e. no two customers can be sold the same personalization.

We have an api to lookup the personalization to check availability when the user enters the text. Is this possible in the Amazon Custom Store?

I am not sure what you mean by 'check availability' if the customer is entering their information as I am not sure what types of products you are selling that you would need to do that.
