Hi @Seller_LRsLh4vFfmBQG, the fulfillment centers are currently receiving a large volume of shipments due to the upcoming holidays. This can cause delays in receiving. Does the status of your shipment say "Delivered" or "Receiving?"

There is definitely an issue with DAL2. Multiple threads on the subject. I had three shipments that were closed with no inventory being received in and of course FC claimed shipment wasn't received all evidence to the contrary. I was finally reimbursed for one shipment but still waiting for word on the other two. Also have four shipments that are showing delivered but the receiving date keeps getting pushed back. Won't be surprised if those are closed whiteout being received either.

Same here we have sent 1 shipment with 6 cartons of approx 20kg each. It was received there on 13th and the status is not changed since then from delivered.
Contacted seller support several times as usual they all are just copy pasting the standard responses.
I am wondering if it has been lost by Amazon.
There are several sellers complaining about shipment delays at DAL2.

DAL2 is a absolute NIGHTMARE. I have 3 shipments at that warehouse that have been received but the items never processed. One from clear back at the beginning of October that they closed without ever checking in the product, thousands of dollars of product and 2 cases currently open for this warehouse.

This issue is happening at several FC's with my items. Everything has been delivered since mid November and they still won't receive it in. Unfortunately they are LTL shipments meaning 20,000+ units that have shown unavailable on the Amazon website since before thanksgiving destroying Holiday sales. Support is giving cookie cutter responses with no timelines to receive products
