Now my items are "Currently unavailable". How can I veryfy my listing?

Please help me.
My items has been shipped and FBA shipment is completed.
But, the item page is showing "Currently unavailable".
However, My seller central inventory page shows "active".
I have asked about that to Amazon, and they answered. However, that answer is too difficult for me to deal with.
Please tell me about it easier?

On this page, download the inventory file and enter "Update" in the "Update delete" column and provide the correct information. Save the new template as an excel (.xls) or tab-separated values (.tsv) file and upload it in the "Upload your spreadsheet" tab.
