AWD shipment destination change
Hi
We want to send an AWD shipment to the West Coast but the destination address that we are getting is of South Central (IUSF). I've opened a case with with Amazon for change of destination and its the third day that we haven't got the response. Can you please guide as to how to change the destination address of the AWD destination.

West Coast AWD are full and backed up with reports of sellers waiting weeks for product to be processed.. When an AWD warehouse is unavailable the system will automatically try to reroute your shipment to another AWD site. The only way to change this is to check the shipment every day until capacity is available at the warehouse you would like to send to.

There is no option to change the destination as you request. Regions for your shipments are based on the available capacity at distribution centers at the expected arrival time of the shipment.
