Customer returned and got refund after half used the products as damaged
Hello.
(FBA)I sold a mask pack(15 pieces) on Jan.3.2025, and I received a return item today(Jan.29.2025), as described, damaged.
I opened the box and found that the customer used half already. Also, the customer got the full money refunded.
This happens sometimes but usually, they use 1 piece not half of the items.
What option do I Have?

For damaged or used FBA returns, you can leverage the FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Customer return claims for the steps to file a claim with Amazon for reimbursement!
