Return, Refund and now a chargeback
Buyer buys item, buyer receives item, buyer doesn't read description and wants a return. Item is returned, buyer is refunded. About a week later buyer opens chargeback for more than the original total. Amazon withholds the money from account till chargeback is decided, up to 90 days. My question is "How the #$%^(*( is this possible?" They were already refunded so are they now getting paid from me for wasting my time. Its $323.20. How does nobody I have chatted with @Amazon see this a problem? Also every time I click call me now. It says "Dialing number" then instantly says" Your call has ended. If you need to speak with us again, please request another call. My phone never rings or has a missed call. Someone have any advice

Thank you for using the Forums. I am sorry you have to deal with this, this is frustrating.
I see that the chargeback dispute is pending. Our teams do not have influence on how the chargeback is decided; however, once it reaches a final decision, you may start a new discussion to evaluate next steps.
Regarding the call me now feature, have you tried doing the following?
- Clear cookies and caches.
- Disable any running scripts.
- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
- Restart the browser.
- Try calling from a different browser.
- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling.
- Check for internet connectivity issue and if possible use a different service provider.
- Ensure there are no SPAM Filters and Typographical errors while entering the phone number.
If you have done the above and is still not working, please let me know.
