When this kind of deactivation happens and a seller does not recognize the other account, several factors could be at play.

Often, sellers create a global account upon registration, and that will activate multiple marketplaces (selling accounts in other countries) that require attention.

If one of these accounts is deactivated, it can lead to the deactivation of other related accounts due to multiplicity of accounts violation.

To reactivate a related account, first address the violation(s) in the account that caused the initial deactivation. Once the primary account is reactivated, you can request the reactivation of the main account.

If you believe that you don't have another account, follow these steps:

  • If you previously had access to another account but no longer do, submit an appeal:

Provide documents proving you no longer own or are related to that account. This could include sales deeds, purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, contract terminations, etc.

  • If you cannot identify the account and believe the suspension was made in error, file an appeal:

Confirm that the account does not belong to you. If Amazon cannot verify your claim, your account will not be reinstated, and you will not be allowed to conduct business on Amazon in the future.

You can find relevant information on the Address a Multiple Account Policy violation and Selling policies and seller code of conduct pages.

The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward.

Wish you all the best,

Nikki
