Hi seniors, I'm wondering why I would only have one product lose its cart, the morning after I put it on the shelf. Yes, only one product lost its cart, the others have carts and I don't know what's going on.
Can any seniors who know tell me the answer?

I assume you are referring to the BUY BOX? You aren't entitled to it, it's not a given. If it's a new listing, then you will need to wait for it to gain some sales history (and all the secret stuff Amazon will not tell you) to gain the buy box.

Thanks for the post. The shopping cart will not appear on the listing or main search page until you are eligible for the featured offer.
The Featured Offer is also only available to sellers on a Professional Selling Plan.
