STOP! Drop shipping is not a viable business plan. Please stop watching YouTube or TikTok and go to Seller University.
Search drop shipping here and you will see that as soon as you start, your account will be deactivated.

Do you think most sellers are dropshippers?
Seller_BE3xPpZWhTS9Z
Yeah, trust me, you don't want to drop ship. Technically, it is possible but search the forums for the term "dropship" and you'll see how many sellers have been suspended for it.
You need to save some money and buy some inventory. Be sure to get permission from the brand owner to sell the product, or choose one without a brand and sell it as generic. If you choose something small and order 50 units you can probably store it under your bed. No warehouse needed.
Ship it yourself (FBM) at first until you learn how this platform works, or doesn't. Then if it makes sense, try FBA and let Amazon store the product for you.
BUT BUT BUT before you do ANYTHING go to Seller University and read it all or watch all of the videos. It is *very* easy to lose money here if you don't.
Good luck!

Drop shipping is not allowed on Amazon. Stop trusting false YouTube advertisers. They are trying to steal your money.

While dropshipping is allowed, Amazon has very careful requirements for it. You will find these below. Bold facing is done by me.
Drop Shipping Policy
Drop shipping, or allowing a third-party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record. The following examples of drop shipping are policy violations that may result in a restriction of your ability to sell using Amazon’s Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN):
Purchasing products from a third party, including Amazon or another seller in Amazon’s stores, and having that third party ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the third party) appears on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging, it is strictly prohibited without exception; or
Shipping orders with packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information indicating a seller name or contact information other than your own is also strictly prohibited.
Any time a customer sees packaging, invoices, or receipts identifying a seller that is not you it creates confusion for the customer about how their order is being fulfilled and whom they should contact with any problems or questions.
If you intend to fulfill orders using another company’s fulfillment service, a third-party logistics company, or a drop shipper, you must always:
Have an agreement with your supplier where you are the only seller of record and the only entity identified as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or any other information included or provided in connection with the products;
Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a different seller or third-party supplier prior to shipping the order; and
Remain responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply to the: Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies.

For inventory that Sellers own, Amazon offers Multi-Channel Fulfillment, an unbranded service to fulfill products on other sales and competitor channels. For more information, go to Multi-Channel Fulfillment

You sound like you have no idea how to sell on AMAZON! All legit sellers here own their inventory, some manufacture it but most buy it from brand approved sources so they have invoices and permission from the brand owner to sell the items on AMAZON.
Instead of wasting time on tik tok or youtube spend some time studying seller university and plan on going to a few trade shows to source product, you will need a valid business license to get in and hopefully you have some capital to invest though some of us started out burning our credit cards as capital was too hard to get but that was back during the crash of 2008!

You write: "As per my understanding I don't need to buy to sell on Amazon store as a dropshipping." Your understanding is wrong. Or at least your understanding will either a) ensure that you never get a selling account on Amazon, or (if you do manage to get an account) b) will ensure that your selling account os permanently deactivated very, very quickly, and/or c) will create massive chaos in your life. Stop. Go to Seller University. Promise that you will NEVER watch a YouTube video telling you how to sell on Amazon ever again.

If you planning to sell in Amazon seriously, I suggest you do your research. Amazon does mention that for certain categories you would have to apply to sell. Some have different requirements than others. Just think that if Amazon was easy thing to do, everyone be doing and also be making a lot of money of it. Everything in life is a process , you have to be consistent , patient and creative. Entrepreneurship is not for everyone so advice is taken seriously !

Hello @Seller_FyIhihLGIoo6z,
Michelle at Amazon here. Many sellers have provided you with great information. I would read the help page and do more research before you start to sell including studying Seller University.
Regarding needing to get approved for the items that you want to sell, just because you want to sell on Amazon, we ensure that your items are authentic for many brands and that is why you are being asked for invoices. I would recommend that you read this thread on how to source inventory.
Regards,
Michelle
