Is Brand Registry Country Specific?

I am a new seller. I have just started selling on Amazon Australia. I plan to register my brand to take benefit of Brand Registry features. I plan to register a trademark in Australia. If, in the future, I expand to Amazon US, will I need another trademark registered in the US, or can I use the same trademark there as well?

Hi @Seller_0PcBGSOZJHQtd,

Thank you for your post, and welcome to Amazon!

In the Brand Registry application step-by-step guide, it says "If you want to sell your products in more than one store, you can add additional country-specific trademarks to your account once your application has been approved.".

Here is the link for the Enrolment guidelines for the US.

Hope this information helps🙂
