Account suspended, documentation correct, account activation failed multiple times

Dear Amazon Team:

My Australian account was notified of suspension on June 20, 2024, and received the following notification:

After reviewing your account, I have discovered that your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

To reactivate your account, please confirm that the credit card on file is valid and submit one of the following documents:

--Business license (if applicable)

--Utility bill for water, natural gas, electricity, tap water, cell phone, landline or internet service

------------------------------------------

We prepared supporting documents that fully met Amazon's needs, but our application was still rejected after many times, and we did not receive any information about document defects. We also opened a case to ask other Amazon teams, and they also believed that the documents provided were correct, but I don’t know why it’s still being rejected. I hope Amazon specialists will read this article and help us recover our account.

Our account health is 200, no sales in over a year, and no inventory in FBA

This problem has occurred for more than a month. We are in urgent need of professional Amazon specialist assistance. Thank you!

I find myself in a similar situation. Over the past two weeks, I have completed the account verification process three times. Each time, I receive an email notification confirming the activation of my account, only for it to be deactivated the following day. Despite reaching out to the support staff to understand why this keeps occurring, I have received little to no assistance. Instead, I am repeatedly asked to go through the verification process again, which has been incredibly frustrating.

I am facing the same problem.I have ordered goods for thousands of $ and it's about to arrive . Apart from that I have so many listings in Amazon AU and FBA. It's so frustrating the process.I even hired a Amazon specialist and submitted the documents again but still no help .Actually,they don't care . Business is too big and they have millions of sellers.But, this is not fair . They should look after us in the same way as their customers.
