Customer says that order is not delivered. But USPS status says that order was delivered
Hello, Customer says that order was not delivered. But USPS status says that order was delivered at mailbox. The customer said they checked the mailbox and they did not have the package. What should I do now? I bought shipping from amazon and also insured with USPS / U-PIC. I tried to file SAFE-T Claim, but it says "This order is not eligible for SAFE-T claim. Only Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, MFN Prepaid Return Label orders, Easy Ship orders and VAS orders, are eligible for SAFE-T claims. Please refer to Amazon SAFE-T Claim Policy for more details." Please help.

Your post is not clear. Have you refunded the buyer?
If so, you have no further recourse.
If you have not refunded, you need to advise the buyer to file a claim for non-receipt. That is, assuming that the tracking shows that it was shipped on time (not just label created, but item received)
The buyer has to wait past the end of the delivery window before they can file a claim. I think it may be two days -- not sure just how long.

Get back what money? You didn't refund the buyer, so you aren't due any.
Tell the buyer to file an A-z Guarantee claim.
