Wrong review wrong product on my page, help me pls
Hi Team,
We received a negative review from a customer. That negative review is about wall bed materials, not related to our product. Our products are wall art. The photo customer provided in review also about not our products. We think it is a wrong comment. This review has badly influenced our sales. Please help remove this review.
FYI:
1. This is a review, but not a feedbacks, feedback manager won't work.
2. We also sent email to community-help@amazon.com, no one answer me.
3. I've clicked the report button under the reviews, no useful, no one reply me.

Unfortunately Amazon will not remove this review. No one will invest 5 minutes for your product to do the research. that would mean that daily 1000 employees would have to verify reviews. Anyway, since customers read the bad reviews, they will understand that this was a stupid customer confounding your product with another one.
We all have to live with false or bad reviews. Better will come.
The only hope you have is that it is of another seller and that Amazon will remove the review and suspend his account. But this can take many, many months. Sellers are not suposed to give reviews or ratings to other sellers.

I am afraid that @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACis right. The one thing you can do is add a comment to the review and let the reader know that the review does not relate to your product.
