I have been requested to submit OCT medication in order for my product to be listed, we are TGA listed, and submitted the TGAR public summary as requested. I keep getting the same template email, every single day since then, stating that it would only take 2-3 business days. It has now been over 5 weeks, without any updates or adequate response to my endless communication attempts.

I'm you sure you can understand my frustration and I would really appreciate some efficient support or any kind of information/help regarding this matter from an Amazon community manager.
