Hello Seller Community, We observed an unexplained "Other" charge of over $500 on our latest transaction statement and have no idea what it is related to. Does anyone know how we can find out what we are being charged?

Have you checked your statement for shipping re-calculations? That sems to be the reason form most of the "other" charges is that the shipping rates were re-calculated.
