I've been dealing with a very unfortunate situation with regards to my product [ASIN B0DFQL22DV]

Last week I updated the listing, and due to the "Naturally antibacterial" words in my product description, which where a mistake and they shouldn't have been included, the listing got inactive due to wrong PCRP claims and I can't remove the words because the edit option is blocked

I've already reached support several times to let me remove the word, and they have answered me multiple times that they did it, and that there are no restrictions in the product, and therefore, the product is enabled. But in reality it's still inactive. Furthermore, they have told me several times that it should take like 2 days to be updated, but it has been more than a week already

I've also searched another options to reactivate the listing, but this PCRP claims aren't neither in performance notifications, so I can't appeal anything. In other words, I don't know what else to do to reactivate my listing again

I insist my product does not sell pesticides, and it has already been sold to many customers. All im asking is to get the listing active again, so I can remove the "Naturally antibacterial" words which have caused me a huge headache and sale days lost, and therefore, sell it again.
