Vacation Mode or change the Restock Date

I'm contemplating putting my store in vacation mode for a week or changing all my listings "Restock Date" to a few days from the date I get back. Has anyone tried this? Can I change the Parent SKU Restock Date or do I have to change the Restock Date for every child SKU? Thanks.

Hey @Seller_JH2wUFEhFW2BD, I recommend vacation mode so that your listings are inactive. It will take about an hour for your FBM listings to be removed from product detail pages and search results and pending orders will not automatically be canceled. To avoid any issues, you might want to set your listing status to Inactive prior to your actual absence.

If you adjust the restock date, you will still be able to receive orders which might trigger questions. Keep in mind that, for a back-order product, Amazon sets the promised ship date to the restock date (unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or certain holidays).
