Can someone explain me how these returns work? We offer free returns but if buyer choose a return reason code that match buyer's remorse, can we get the label cost back?

Hi, im asking because it happened and amazon denied the claim. So what are the rules for this (if there is any)? Depends on the amazon agent this morning?
