Has anyone been able to chat or speak with a human being at Amazon? Im new to Amazon selling and have some questions about billing and more. I've never used a service that actively denied my existence before.

There are plenty of "human" Amazon consultants out there and you might find one who will give you a free or low cost short consultation.
Amazon works hard to take the "human" out of the equation.

Yes, they usually call me when they think i'm screwing up and get some bogus account health violations, and then I have to explain to them how i'm not screwing up and have followed policy, and then they actively deny that, and say there is nothing they can do, so then I have to get the executive seller support team involved to resolve the situation.
