I have reported a 1 star product review for not being about the product (the title of the review is literally "Unable to rate product") and for violating the Community Guidelines using the following methods however the product review has still not been taken down:

• Using the 'Report' button next to the review (reporting because the product review is off topic and not about the product)

• Sending an email to community-help@amazon.com
• Reporting the abuse via the Account Health page (with Complaint ID 15059367781)

So in line with this post: So you want to remove a customer review? I am providing two reasons for why this review should be taken down, please see below.

This is the review in question (I have removed identifying information as per forum rules):

The first reason as to why this product review should be removed is because it is explicitly not about the product. The title of the review is "Unable to rate product" and the reviewer states "... so I am unable to assess it's functionality." As per Community Guidelines, product reviews are meant to help customers learn about a product, this product review (by its own admission) does not do this.

The second reason this product review should be removed is because it focusses on ordering issues, as per Community Guidelines, product reviews of this nature are also not allowed:

I have contacted the customer to explain how to resolve their ordering issue however they are yet to respond.

I kindly request the removal of this product review due to the clear violations of the Community Guidelines.
