I have 2 products that were incorrectly flagged as appliances that is not in compliance with current California state regulations, which are restricted from sale in California.

But they are baby bathing products use to standing assistance, non-electric and non-electronic items. Does not require meet CEC requirements.

Previously, I applied for an appeal twice and was successful each time. However, after I updated the product information, they were misjudged as electrical appliances again.

I sincerely hope that my products can be added to the whitelist to avoid such misjudgments in the future. I've submitted several cases regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received response. This situation is extremely urgent because my shipment is about to arrive.
