I see no indication that $200 ad credits promotion is being applied

I double-checked all of the terms and conditions and restarted an existing ad, but I don't see any credits being applied. Should I be worried?

Yeah, I should definitely be worried. They sent a follow-up email that said "congrats, your $200 credit has been applied," but after several days there was still no sign of the $200. I'm writing it off as a scam.
