Amazon mentioned that BOOKS category is restricted for promotions. But I see few book sellers are offering 5-10% discounts on books store wide. I reported them to Amazon but they said that there is not any violation found and could not take action against those. I have attached snapshot of one such store below that I think violation the restriction.
