Where do we "fix" our products.
Amazon, we're very confused by the account health pages. The top screenshot shows a product listing that has had the details removed. You can see that this page tells us there's an account violation, and provides us with a "Fix" button.
The second screen shot is the result of clicking the "Fix" button. As you can see, the product in question, in fact a page and a half of our products, are not on the "Fix" page. The product on the "Fix" page is not in any of the account health page options for us to be able to fix it. There are no other options that are 14 days old that we can fix on this page, though our previous account health page has about 30 listings you want us to "fix."
Please tell me how we actually fix these products, since we're caught in this loop and can't actually figure out what we're supposed to "fix." Thanks.

Do you have written permission to sell Lenovo on amazon? I know that Dell and a few other major computer brands have started to whitelist distributors for amazon. Any chance that is what is going on here? It would explain why there is no fix option available.

Hi there @Seller_M9shKKdzd1TK8,
I do apologize for the time it has taken the moderating team and I to reply here. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
I understand you have recently received a message that urged you to visit the Account Health page to address an issue with your listing.
Depending on the specific policy cited in regards to a specific ASIN, there are different documents you might need to provide a letter of authorization or licensing agreement.
If the ASINs you are looking for is not currently present on your Account Health page, there could be that there is an outstanding compliance request in the bottom left corner of the page.
Alternatively, I suggest clicking on the edit button located by the listing via manage inventory and ensure there is no required details missing from the listing. This can cause the listing to be deactivated or suppressed.
Have you acknowledged any policy violations previously? If so, this might be the reason for the listing being deactivated but a violation not being present on the account health page.
Let us know how we can further assist here as the community and I are here to support you.
All the best,
Stevie.
