Amazon Warehouse damaged my $150 Item - Seeking refund
One of my higher priced items arrived to my customer damaged. This was clearly damaged by someone at the warehouse as I have photos and secure packaging proof documented on my end before mailing the items to them.
The customer reached out to amazon, and received no help. A replacement was not available to send to the customer since it was the last item in stock. The customer reached out to me through my company website showing photos of the damage and they said amazon was not helpful at all. I offered to send them a replacement pan from home.
I asked amazon to refund me for this item, as they are refunding the customer and not asking for the damaged product back. What do I do here? I have opened a case and sent them photos of the damage as well as communication with the customer.

Greetings @Seller_XbpZ9KI6Xc8yr,
It sounds like you have gone through the proper steps with reaching out to Seller Support and requesting reimbursement under an FC Operations reimbursement claim. If that's not the case, I would recommend starting there. Please reply to me here with the case ID you've opened as well, and I would be happy to take a deeper look at it.
