Buyer A-Z claim opened, refunded, then claim withdrawn... But I don't get my money back?
I've never had this happen but this seems ludicrous.
A buyer opened an A to Z claim because their item didn't arrive. They were immediately awarded the claim seller funded.
Later that night their item was delivered and they withdrew the claim.
I was never given my funds back and seller support chat was useless and simply said sorry.
Is there any way to get my funds back or am I out $200? This seems insane to me
I forgot to mention that the A to z claim was granted because Amazon claims that the label wasn't scanned in time. However, the problem is I went back and looked and a carrier scan actually exists on the tracking within the handling time. So there seems to be an error on Amazon's part in their decision there as well
