So i am going through my returns. One of them has a gift card notice still left in the box with a barcode you can scan to thank the sender of the gift. I scan it and not only is there an option to thank the sender but also an option to return the gift and get a gift card without notifying the sender. Seems ok right?

so the recipient plays the game system for a month then decides to return it to get a gift card to buy something else. when he does so he selects item not as described on the website. item works great as returned. I would guess he never ever read the website description just picked something.

so the short answer probably is the guy wanted to use the money to buy something else that he wanted more and then picked that option so he didnt have to pay return shipping . We all swap christmas gifts. hopefully dont all try to avoid paying return shippign.

meanwhile i pick up a negative rating on my product when it probably should automatically default to some type of generic gift swap option as the reason for the return.
