I interpret this to mean that a buyer left feedback for you, but you don't want feedback, you want product review? Or possibly you mean it the other way.
It helps in here to use proper terms -- seller feedback / product review.
Either way -- be happy with what you received.
Absolutely do not contact the buyer about this. No matter how you word your message it is incredibly rude and self-serving.
It's like saying, I am in receipt of your nice thank you letter. However, you didn't do it right. I only accept thank you notes on blue stationery. I will be discarding this letter. Please try again, and this time get it right!
