a customer bought multiple items within the same order requiring multiple shipments to be made via FBM. Anyone know how to buy multiple shipments for "1 order' within the Amazon Buy Shipping page?

Sure, using buy shipping you change the quantity to the number of units actually being shipped with that label purchase.

Say the total order is 10 units and you heed to ship 2 shipments with 5 each. Once you change the quantity for the first package you will have to go back to that order detail page where it will then show 5 that still need to ship. You can buy shipping for those remaining units with another label.
