Incorrect Images Displayed on Amazon Listing

Hello,

Incorrect images are being displayed on our Amazon listing. The images currently visible to customers depict a color variation of the product that we no longer sell. This discrepancy is causing confusion among our customers and impacting our sales and reputation.

We have taken several steps to resolve the issue, including:

  1. Deleting the listing and re-uploading it after a 24-hour wait period.
  2. Utilizing the flat file method to add image URLs directly to the backend of Seller Central.
  3. Verifying the correctness of our product variations and ensuring that the correct images are assigned accordingly.
  4. Contacted Seller Support but they keep telling us that "this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand", however, we are the registered brand owner.
  5. I've contact support through brand registry as well and has given me the exact same answer as above ^

Despite these efforts, the incorrect images persist on the live listing. It is important to note that in the backend of Seller Central, the correct images are displayed. What else can we do to get amazon to display the correct images?

@Seller_vH4T4mslONBCLThere is an announcement from @News_Amazon that Amazon will now allow multiple sellers to display images on product pages. If the image is truly incorrect, you can escalate it to SAS. Then they will open a ticket with Amazon's Internal Team to rectify the error.
