Deactivation of account
Hello
I'm a new seller and I've recently set up an account and started selling.
Everything was going ok until last week I got an email saying my account had been deactivated and asking me to upload a recent utility bill to prove my identity.
That was done but in response I received the following email together with a muddled message about a second account that I had.
I only have one cellar account and my private buyer account.
My account health is clear and there are no violations listed so I really have no idea what this is about.
I am now unable to make any contact with Amazon.
I get an auto response to the email if I try to reply saying the address is unmanned and on my seller account every time I try and raise a query I get an automatic response saying they are unable to help because my account is deactivated
Any help or advice would be appreciated
