Amazon Have Effectively Robbed My Shipment
This has been going on for over 4 months. My parcel was delivered with DHL and signed for by the staff in the fulfilment centre.
Fast forward and they are now saying the box was empty and stopped responding to the case for weeks.
This is bordering on being illegal and for a company like Amazon - it's absolutely unacceptable. Especially given my seller and product ratings have been outstanding since starting over a year ago.
Has this happened to anybody else?

Get the shipping weights from DHL, you'll have some evidence.
