Need some help or advice for new seller and issue
I have recently had some of my items listed as FBA.
I have had one buyer make 27 different transactions all within a very small timeframe. I am now out of stock of every item. I contacted Amazon support because all of the transactions were between $50 and $90 and in my experience with big box retail this is most likely a credit card stolen/fraud. I have contacted Amazon support multiple times but they don’t seem to understand what I am telling them. They thought firstly the listings were false, then they thought another seller was trying to sabotage me and today they think that the seller (me) is fraudulent and want me to report myself.
25/27 have now been marked as payment received and sent. If this does turn out to be fraud what happens with the following
1. What happens to my sales ? Is it refunded from me
2. What happens to my stock ? Is it just gone because it is FBA
3. Do I have any actions to protect me seeing as I have tried repeatedly to flag this with Amazon support before the orders were shipped
