Amazon Australia - Amazon Brand Registry Support is so woefully slow

I want to inroll a brand to my account and now taking almost 9 days still in waiting, no any result from the amazon brand team except few emails respond by amazon,is there anyone meet the same issue with me ?

I can see that your Brand Registry application was submitted July 3rd. It takes an average of 10 working days to review Brand Registry applications and sometimes it can take slightly longer.

The team are still working on your request and will contact you directly when they have more information.
