Brand Approval for PL Approved by Amazon but Could Not Find It
Hi,
-I own the brand but not trademarked, not under brand registry.
- Amazon approved it but when I tried to enlist it, I could not find the brand name and the UPC that I purchased via GS1.
-I responded to the email trail where my brand name got approved and sent a follow up question why I could not find my brand name and the UPC when I tried to enlist the product
- Then because I sent a follow up on the same subject and case number, it got reviewed and subsequently declined.
-Now I am back to requesting for approval again.
-Anyone experienced the same? Does it take 24 hours (it's been 2 days) to show your brand on Amazon?
-Also, what do I need to do when Amazon says, you can now sell the product but the brand name and UPC are not showing up. Do I need to use again the blank form?
Thank you.

Just because Amazon approved your product, Amazon does not antomatically place it in the catalog for you. You have to create the listing yourself, and in the information submitted in the listing creation is approved, it should go live.
Just because you have the brand name and UPC approved, you could possibly run into the second step. Having the product approved ti sell. This is handled by a different team, and depending on what the item is, may require COC's from a USA based testing lab.
