Business Address and Phone Number
Hello fellow Amazon sellers,
I am not a U.S. citizen. I initially created an individual Amazon seller account, and a few months later, I formed a single-member LLC in the U.S. (Disregarded Entity). After that, I opened a case with Amazon to update my seller account with my LLC information.
Based on what I’ve learned from the forum, here’s a summary of my current situation:
In the Tax Information section, I selected “Individual,” entered my personal first and last name in the Name field, and used my LLC’s U.S. address in the Address field. I then submitted the W-8BEN form.
Now, I want to update the “Business Address and Phone Number” section to reflect my LLC’s U.S. address, since that’s the address I’ll be using on my invoices. But here’s my question: I’m entering my U.S. LLC address in the “Business Address and Phone Number” section, but for the Name field, should I use my personal name or my LLC’s name (just like I did in the Tax Information section)? I’m still not completely sure about this.
