Transfer brand (trademark) to another amazon brand registry

I purchased a brand name(trademark) from someone and now want to enroll this brand in Amazon brand registry. But when I tried it amazon showed me "Brand is already enrolled". Now please guide me how can I enroll this brand in amazon brand registry. @Sandy_Amazon

Hello there @Seller_3UrSsk1hR8tud!
After taking a look into your opened support case, I can see that the trademark you purchased is enrolled in Brand Registry as you said.
At this point in time, you cannot enroll this brand into Brand Registry since it's already a part of that program so my suggestion is to go back to the person you purchased this from and have them add your account onto the Brand as a Admin/Rights Owner, and then you will have access to the brand itself!
