Best Deals just disappeared ( eligibility and display on Deals page )
Previously, we consistently had and used a large number of deals, but now they simply don't exist and don't display on the Deal page.
Amazon support just responds with default replies and says that everything will appear automatically. However, we meet all the criteria for running the Best Deals on our listings.
The most common response is that some criteria cannot be disclosed, and no further information could be obtained through support. This is very unfair.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
