Create and Manage Listings

I currently have 2 issues and I desperately need help since the approved resolution in the cases are not getting applied by the representatives. Because of these 2 issues we are unable to list the rest of our products for this same brand (the only brand we have, own, have registered trademark for).

Issue #1: ASIN B0F1R635M2 had its brand changed by Amazon after we listed it, the brand should be POWR and not POWR ENERGY. I have now had to open 2 cases requesting the brand to be updated, received responses that the request was approved and would reflect, but in both cases the ASIN is still showing the wrong brand (POWR ENERGY).

Issue #2: We created A+ content but cannot apply it. It says it's not eligible because of a brand issue, but it gives us no guidance on what and how to fix this. The brand is approved in Brand Registry and we also have permission of use from Brand Registry tabe USER PERMISSION.

In looking at your provided ASIN, I do show the brand displayed is 'POWR' not 'POWR ENERGY' - so I do hope our support team were able to help update this with you!

It does not appear that the ASIN mentioned has any A+ Content attached to it though. This may be due to the recent brand name shift, or, depending on when you last made a submission, it may be pending as it can take 24 hours for approved content to be published to the detail page of the applied ASINs.

I would recommend attempting to submit the A+ Content again now that the brand is correct and confirming your account is appropriately tagged as Professional, and a Brand Representative or Reseller role assigned in the brand of that ASIN through the Amazon Brand Registry Process. You might find our help page content on A+ Content, Content publishing status and content rejection, and the process for Creating A+ Content helpful as you navigate this! If you continue to experience issues, please do create a case with our seller support team for more technical troubleshooting.
