I am having issues with some products. Amazon support is close to useless.

Some of my products for a brand have been published, Others have been published as Generic on asin previously.

I can not update these Asin to correct the brand, as i get 8451 error.

And These items have been flagged as Suspected IP Infringement in my account health.

Seller support just keep saying i need to edit asin and change brand name. But i have been doing this, tell them you have a 84511 they just copy and paste original message.

no information how to fix when it won't let me fix using there instructions.

Its not the only issue we have where we get sent around in circles. 1 team passes onto next, when sends to next, which sends back to original.

In Australia we do have brand authorisation to create listing on there behalf. but my issue is editing listing on amazon before me
