Shipment Delivered To SWF2 - Amazon Checking the shipment in?!?!?

Hi Team,

We are running into an issue with a recent shipment. The carrier checked this shipment in yesterday, but this has not updated in the system and it still shows up as in transit.

Is this typical?

This never happened to us before and we are getting nervous due to the shipment being delivered over 12 hours ago.

Hi @Seller_BwhuAKHyZROZM,

This is not atypical and shouldn't be cause for concern at this point. Receiving centers work their way through the inbound queues to check in and receive shipments in the order they arrived.

For more info I recommend checking out my colleague TaylorR's post on What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment where it's noted:

The shipment events tab allows you to follow along with updates on your shipment’s journey from shipment creation to it's addition to your inventory. Your shipment will need to be delivered, checked in, and received which will take at least six days, but often longer.
