amazon FBA automation issue
I contracted with an agency to design and run Amazon FBA business, which they called Amazon FBA automation. I paid a good amount for the management services. They handle everything from A to Z, ensuring a 20% margin. They did a pretty good job designing and running for two months. After that, Amazon learned that the borrowed item was not verifiable, and the store was deactivated. The service provider is not liable if the store is deactivated by Amazon. Here's what the question is...because the store has been deactivated since the service provider bought the items from an unverified supplier. Here is a loop from which they got benefited. What should I do about this problem. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.

"amazon FBA automation issue"
Lets start with some basic terminology.
What you did was hire a DROPSHIPPER to manage your store on Amazon. That is permitted on Amazon IF you both meet all of their conditions and follow all the rules.
"Amazon learned that the borrowed item was not verifiable"
There was no 'borrowed' item. Your service listed and shipped something that YOU did not have an LOA from the brand for.
"The service provider is not liable if the store is deactivated by Amazon."
If that is in the contract that you signed with the 'service provider' shame on YOU for not seeing that before signing. On Amazon the SELLER is liable for every action taken by the seller or any actions taken by anyone else they gave access to the account.
"What should I do about this problem. "
You could TRY to sue the 'service provider' but if they had that clause in the contract you won't win. They are similar to Amazon in that they don't think anyone will actually READ what they are signing!
" I would appreciate any suggestions you may have."
Learn how to source and sell items yourself. Get authorizations and start selling on other sites because Amazon is CLOSED as far as you are concerned. Learn the rules of the other sites BEFORE you start selling there.
There is no 'softer, easier way' so, if you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
